Muhaddith al-A'zam Mission Preston U.K
Under the Auspicious Patronage of
Hadrat Shaykh al-Islam Allama Mufti
Pir Sayyad Shah Muhammad Madani Miya Ashrafi al-Jilani
May Allah Preserve and Protect Him
Spiritual Heir and Successor of
Muhaddith al-A'zam Makhdoom al-Millat
Pir Sayyad Muhammad Abul Muhamid Ashrafi al-Jilani
May Allah Grant Him Peace and Mercy

THE MISSION CONTINUES

Tis our belief, that the Prophet's Mercy continues,

His Prophethood still stands, his Miracle's continue,

Of such miracle's, his Progeny continues,

His Progeny are mindful, his mission continues,

One Progeny Muhaddith al-A'zam, did influence to continue,

In Asia, Europe, in America it continues,

His Progeny too, do tirelessly continue,

In London, Birmingham, in Preston it continues,

Such is the Mission of Muhaddith al-A'zam

The Prophet's love continues, the Sunni's continue!

A Tribute to His Eminence Shaykh al-Islam

I lower my gaze and send you salaam,

None, your equal I find, O Shaykh al-Islam,

Descendant of Rasul, so Noble and Pure,

We invoke your blessings, our guide and cure,

You too were chosen, like those gone before,

Your knowledge was passed, through Ali’s door,

Pride of Muhaddith al-A’zam, and his true heir,

Make me worthy of your discipleship, take me in care,

Those who blaspheme you, what’s in their mind,

Why don’t they see your splendour, surely they’re blind,

History will no doubt, engrave your name in gold,

For you’ve identified, ‘thaqalayn’, as our Nabi foretold

A Prayer

By Dr Allama Iqbal

O Cherisher! The Muslim’s heart, a vigorous desire, grant,

That which warms the heart, restless makes the soul, grant,

Brightens the valley of Makkah, afresh every particle, grant,

Once more, passions for disposition, a taste of urgency, grant,

Deprived of fervour, tiring eye with discerning sight, grant,

That which I’ve observed, others behold too, grant,

Strayed sigh’s of oppression, direct anew to Makkah, grant,

Habituated in this city he, the expanse of the desert, grant,

Emanate the abandoned heart, commotions of resurrection, grant,

This empty saddle, witnesses more performance, grant,

In the ignorance of this age, every troubled heart, grant,

That stigma of love grant, embarrasses the moon, grant,

In elevation the ambitions, make peers of Pleiades, grant,

A self-restraining shore grant, independence of the ocean, grant,

Unselfish may love be, bold honesty the same, grant,

Enlighten the inner hearts, like a starling the heart shapes, grant,

Sensitivity bestow, to symptoms of affliction, grant,

In disorders of today, suspicion of prevarication, grant,

I am a lamenting nightingale, of a ruined rose garden,

I’m a Seeker of effect, a Saint for the indigent, grant.

I am a Muslim

I am a Muslim and Allah (subh.) I praise;
For all His blessings, my voice I raise,
In One God I believe, no equal has He;
Lord of the Universe, compassionate to me.

Muhammad the Prophet (s.a.w), taught me the way;
To be honest and truthful, throughout each day.
The Noble Qur'an, in life is my guide;
It's teachings I follow, by it I abide.

Islam, my religion, preaches good deeds;
Mercy and kindness, the right path it leads.
Upon all humanity Allah (subh.) showers His grace;
Regardless of colour, nationality or race.

By working together our hopes increase;
To live in a world full of love and peace.
I am a Muslim, and Allah (subh.) I praise;
For all His blessings, my voice I raise.

A Muslim child’s supplication

By Dr. ‘Allama Iqbal

A prayer emanates on my lips with desire,

My life replicates the sun, O Allah, I aspire!

Remove the worldly darkness with my vigour!

With my brilliance radiate all corners of the sphere!

Through my influence grant the ummah grace,

Like a flower grants a garden heavenly grace,

May my life take the plight of a moth, O Allah!

That I love the light of knowledge, O Allah!

Make my deeds to aid the destitute and poor,

To love those weak, so helpless and inferior,

O Allah, Almighty! Protect me from vice,

The path that’s righteous I walk so nice.

Allah

The Hindu understood You within the idol,

The Zorastrians, by the fire, sang for You,

The atheist interprets You with evolution,

But none could manage a denial, of You!

The World

Optimistic of tomorrow is the world,

A realm of anticipation is the world,

Mausoleum of desires is the world,

A caravan’s dust is the world,

A life of sparks & lightning is the world,

How unreliable is the world,

No heart is void of a scar,

No tulip bed is the world,

Wars everywhere, conflicts everywhere,

An interval of battles is the world,

Though apparently is like a flower,

In reality a thorn is the world,

In one strike from here to there,

A four day spring is the world,

The living destitute are buried herein,

A shrine of the helpless is the world,

Some in comfort and some in hardship,

A phenomenon of light and fire is the world,

‘Life’, who named it as such!

When awaiting death is the world,

Unhappy also is the flower and the nightingale,

Spring of deception, such is the world,

Ignorant it keeps you from reality,

A burden on my conscious is the world,

Provisions to live, preparations for death,

An ongoing struggle is the world.

Naat Shareef

Overcome in Madinah

Overcome in Madinah, my sentiments are rare,
The Rawdah before me, so difficult to bear,

Cleansed in Zamzam, fragrance I wear,
The Garden of Heaven, for all to share,

The scourge of the grave, people do scare,
Mustafa
(s.a.w) is my herald, why should I care,

Ill-fated come too, shaved are their hair,
Backs to the Prophet
(s.a.w),
how do they dare ?

Multitude daily visits, was the desired prayer,
So said the Prophet (s.a.w), "dont make it a fair"

Angels arrive daily, offer darud with care,
No further opportunity, only once to spare,

Here rests the Blessed Prophet (s.a.w), I cannot but stare,
And, best of Companions, the distinguished pair,

Acknowledged, the Blessed era, we did not shave,
The encounter of  "Alastu", our union was there,

Hesitant to ask; shy to shed a tear,
"La Tanhar" does command, so dont be unfair,

Jannat al-Baqih, graves laid so bare,
Such tribute for our heroes, I look indespair,

Cool breeze, green gardens, serene is the air,
Brother aren't you going, your soul's already there.

Naat Shareef

Thy Countenance

Nothing but thy countenance, occupies my world,
Your likeness, O Beloved Rasul (s.a.w), found none in the world,

My eyes have thus searched, four corners of the world,
Unique I attest, thou art this mortal world,

O longing eyes uphold respect, thus then observe his world,
Tis the Countenance of the Prophet (s.a.w), not an amusement world,

Sublime is thy beauty, look through the eye of the world,
Such subtlety of thy beauty, thy shadow rejects the world,

Honour if granted, endowed the earthly world,
The awe, the aura of thy dome, void is the heavenly world,

The Mercy of the Prophet (s.a.w), has but embraced my world,
None inferior more so than 'Khalid', ever found this world!

Naat Shareef

Offer my Salaam

Such means, o Beloved Rasul (s.a.w), mercifully arrange,
To offer my Salaam, invite this servant in vain,

So destitute am I, so few 'hasanat' have I,
Your love I embrace, on the day, am told will suffice,

May I die in Madinah, in Baqih may I lie,
The sun of my hope, let it illustrate my life,

Your character sublime, your mercy profound,
I shelter beneath you, my benefactor I've found,

Companions so great, your Family so dear,
Resurrect me with them, O Allah! Free me of fear,

Unworthy I remain, so infamous, I take blame,
Yet till today I hear, my Ummati come here,

Ja'uka is the call, Sallu 'alayhi, is the deed,
So fortunate are we, such ways to cleanse ill deeds,

Abu Bakr, the Siddiq, whose words falsify the claims,
So strong was the truth, silent was their face,

'Umar wise Khalifah, The Qura'nic orator,
So just was his sword, conquered many souls,

Uthman, with two lights, generosity and smiles,
Kept up the fight, to uphold what was right,

'Ali, the Lion, so selfless, calm and courageous,
City of knowledge, heir of wilayah, sincerely pious,

I long for the day, when they lay me in the grave,
I'll stand and await thee, my Saviour from torment,

So great were our Masters, so pious were our Leaders,
How then, can our brother ask, with so little in example?

Engulfed in the 'ishq, brother, people do protest,
I look upon my deeds, so unworthy to suggest.

Manqabat

' Dont fear the Surround '

No deeds, no wealth, nor offerings found,
Suffice, will the Prophet's (s.a.w) love, a treasure so sound,

"Yawma nad'u kulla nasin bi imamihim", say aloud,
The Prophet (s.a.w), his Family, your guardians, be proud,

Sweet smiles, fragrant character, always astound,
Thus blossom the buds, the Prophets (s.a.w) garden abound,

Woes, sorrows & lamenting, the world does bound,
I'll shelter beneath thee & stand my ground,

Stand tall O' Ashrafi, dont fear the surround,
The heart is peaceful, with Madani Miya around.

Manqabat

 ' Embrace the World '

Sweet rose of the Prophet's (s.a.w) garden, Madani Miya,
Piety, so awe inspiring Madani Miya,

Aura of Nur possesses, Madani Miya,
Elegant, intellectually majestic, Madani Miya,

Knowledge enriched in wisdom, Madani Miya,
Sincerity & humility astounding, Madani Miya,

A candle, moths surrounding, Madani Miya,
Sweet nectar, bees attracting, Madani Miya,

Acclaimed, Shaykh al-Islam, Madani Miya,
Proclaimed, head of Muhaqiqiq's, Madani Miya,

Wilayah, in heir from 'Ali (a.s), Madani Miya,
Knowledge, from his doorstep, Madani Miya,

Gaurdian of Sunni doctrine, Madani Miya,
" Ruqya " wards wahhabis, Madani Miya,

Defender of Raza's Mission, Madani Miya,
Love and respect essential, Madani Miya,

Madinah, the souls attention, Madani Miya,
O Muslim, embrace the world of, Madani Miya.

Manqabat

  ' In Denial '

What harm can befall me, I am a dog of the Madani court,
Proclaim this if ever thee encounter turbulent times,

Burn, it cannot, the fire of hell, resurrection day,
Should this hand, be in the hand, of the Progeny of Rasul (s.a.w),

He denied, is in denial, will remain till the end in denial,
O' Upholders of the truth, tis impossible for day and night to unite.

' Candle of Ashraf '

(In honour of Hadrat Makhdoom Ashraf Semnani RA)

Abandon he did the throne of Semnan,
Sovereignty acclaimed, the world around,

With his radiance, the world is bright,
The candle of Ashraf, up0n who sacrificed.

The Living Prophet
Alaihi As-Salam

al ambiya ahya un f quburihim”

La y’akul al ard ajsad al ambiya”

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Islm is alive, Muslims remain alive,

How then do they say, their Prophet has no life?

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

The Qur’n His Eternal word, He also is eternal,

His life never ceases, we believe Him so he keeps us,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

The Martyrs are alive, the Qur’n they recite,

Enjoy the fruits of heaven, salh is their ascension,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Bukhr thus narrates; on the M’irj night,

The Prophet was Imm, behind him all his kind,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Ms, he intervened, knew that the Ummah’s weak,

Five also must decrease; I’m shy now said Nab,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Is was their too, yet return he has to,

Who did he pray behind, who stood by his side?

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Three questions will be asked, when buried in the grave,

Sleep like your wedding night, only if you get them right,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

The graveyard when we go, salutations we confer,

Converse to the dead, soon we will follow you,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Durd on the Prophet, Allh and His Angels do convey,

Our Salm, he has heard, with delight he does return,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

The Prophets are alive, with there graves are connected,

The earth cannot eat, the flesh from their bodies,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

His Dhikr is alive, his testimony still established,

None can ever deny, his Prophethood is still conceded,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Allh bestows life, whilst He is, there is life,

All scientists agree, “life” will always be,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive,

Once granted it continues, life never ceases,

Tis only a long journey, the vehicle only changes,

The Prophet is alive, By Allh, so alive,

None can say he has died, when Allh is alive.
